Refreshing to see a business that appears to understand the importance of "investing" in your key stakeholders - your employees! Customer-centricity starts with team members who understand what this means and are trained to deliver towards this. Sort of, "duh!" Right?
This fast food chain has a fanatical devotion to speed and accuracy. But what is truly intriguing about Pal’s is its intelligent approach to employee training.

Nostalgia, yes ... filled with peaceful contentment in the here and now! It's incredible the journey that life holds for us and how our story (aka memory) percieves it as we move through it. Fortunately, the low parts flatten out over time! And the good, gets better!

Climate change is real. Scientists predicted global warming when I was in High School. I see how glaciers are melting in the Swiss Alp. We are not doing enough, as consumers, voters, business leaders.
