60 days ago I did a small lifestyle change. Wanted to be nicer to everybody and lose 30 lbs. I think I was a little nicer and finished with a weight loss of 28 lbs. I hit my goal but celebrated with a cheat meal

I said I was gonna lose as much weight as I could and then get back to training for some epic, hard ass hikes starting 3/1. I missed the target state date but starting training today. Lost 38 lbs 1/1-3/1. Hoping to lose another 12 by May.

NCAA rules only allow 1 every 4 years and I believe that extra time and practice end up helping those teams gel quicker/tighter. Like pitino’s 96 team I believe had a foreign trip to Italy. But you’re right, those years have been fun for us.
