During the summer I got stuck in to my first real ML project - a 'GPT for music', trained on GBs of MIDI files using PyTorch. Check out my new blog to find out how it went: https://t.co/x05RuFvBO3

The new year brings with it a new role! I'm super proud and excited to announce I have joined @wieldmore Investment Management as Senior Developer. The move also marks my return to the #fsharp language and community, which brings me much joy 😺

Our good friend (and former colleague!) Ryan recently shared an #fsharp @safe_stack application that he's developed at Tandem Bank. We're super proud to see technologies we actively invest in (and individuals we work with) enjoy commercial success in industry!
Super happy to have introduced #fsharp to the @Tandem_Bank codebase with this new @FableCompiler app built using @safe_stack!

We're contributing to @TrueLayer 's C# .NET SDK which uses the OneOf library heavily, so I get to explain the beauty of union types to my colleagues @Tandem_Bank :) #fsharp

It's official, I have passed my probation ('with functional colours' according to a colleague ^_^ ) so I am a proper member of the @Tandem_Bank family. Great bunch of people and a wonderful place to work. Their interest rates are pretty good too ;) Thanks for having me!

This is huge! #PolyglotNotebooks have #python in preview (and R). So I tried to mix my #fsharp to rank city living spaces in a strongly-type fashion with #folium from Python. Now I can promote F# in Python communities :)
