Never underestimate your ability to have a positive impact on someone’s life by simply being kind & present. Whether you’re family, friends, colleagues(past or present) or don’t know each other, love & caring goes a really long way. I deeply appreciate all of you out there 🙂

This week, the TDSB recognizes #BlackMentalHealthWeek and the impact anti-Black racism has on mental health in our Black communities. We are committed to building opportunities in our classrooms and making meaningful and accessible connections.
Next week, the TDSB recognizes #BlackMentalHealth Week. A week is not sufficient. Supporting Black Mental Health and well-being must be every day. Anti-Black racism has deeply rooted impacts on the emotional well-being for Black communities. Resources: https://t.co/0OrAxa23iJ
