Cotera lets you build AI agents that actually work in production. Build in chat. Connect to 3,000+ tools. Set real budgets. No surprises. I'm so lucky to work with such an incredible team.

I'm super excited to announce the public beta of Cotera! Cotera is building the easiest way to put reliable AI agents into production. Most AI agent platforms force teams to choose: either deal with complex frameworks that require months of engineering work, or use simple

Been using Runna the last couple of months. It’s pretty good overall, but the AI and calendar management features are poor. The best bit of a human coach is you can text them about travel arrangements and they’ll rework your whole plan for the week. Could definitely build that

A failure mode for Claude Code that I've somehow only just run into. If a test or other command Claude runs fails and produces literally infinite output... the context fills up immediately and confuses it greatly. Kinda funny, but also I just spent hours curating that context

Context management with coding agents (I mostly use Claude Code) is still pretty painful. There's a sweet spot where you've got all the right information in there and the model just cranks through your tasks. Too little and it doesn't work, too much (especially if it's relating

Somewhat underwhelmed but the much hyped agent builder. It seems fine, but it's hardly a game changer. Everyone building that sort of workflow is already doing it in other tools that are better. Also, I don't really see the workflow you can build with it as agents. The control

It's seems clear that Sora will be an incredible source of reward signal for RL on the models behind it. Unfortunately, it's not clear that that reward function leads to a particular interesting palce.

Lots of exaggeration about AI lately. The hype is that LLMs have anything to do with intelligence. The FUD is that AIs will enslave us. I like this cartoon in the New Yorker because it suggests the ridiculousness of both memes.

I looked at ~2800 VC-backed companies with >50 Glassdoor reviews and calculated the Grindscore for each. Grindscore = "Positive Business Outlook" / "Work Life Balance" >1.1 suggests employees believe in the business and are working very hard. India #1 is not a surprise 🇮🇳

There's a pretty strong case to be made that LLMs are a valid lisp. Homiconicity, a great macro system, dynamic typing, a great REPL... They've got it all, and without resorting to sexprs. Won't run on an IBM 704 though.

Intelligence is becoming a fungible resource. What does that mean exactly? Firstly, what is intelligence and why does it matter to businesses? In practical terms, a useful definition is that it's a resource that lets you compute decisions in the context of some goals and a
