A grand jury declined to charge Fort Lee Police Officer Tony Pickens, Jr. who killed 25-year-old Victoria Lee last year while responding to her mental health crisis, according to a breaking news press release from @NewJerseyOAG.

"We look at people working outside while we drive and say, ‘Wow, look at that, that’s something I don’t want to be doing.’ But yet, we don’t care enough to provide the standards that they need and deserve."
