I ordered sneakers from @tatacliqvictim, but the delivery person called saying he was at the wrong location and asked me to cancel the order. I then received a cancellation email. This was very disappointing. Please reorder my sneakers, as I ordered them in a sale.

@zoukbrand Sir/Madam Ordered 02 bags from TATA CliQ of Zouk which was received on 02/08/2024 but as suprise gift for birthday it was kept in hiding but yesterday it was checked and found only single bag utterly disappointed. Kindly look into the matter. Invoice number E2532724CA001104 .

I had the similar incident but because i didn't have proof. I lost 25k. @TataCLiQ allow without OTP delivery of costly products, and customer suffer because of this.
