@IFFCO__TOKIO @IFFCO__TOKIO representative informed that only the front bumper is eligible for claim approval. Their intention seems to be to manipulate data by approving minimal claims portraying a false image of high approval rates. This deceptive practice is unfair. @consaff @jagograhakjago

Now the AC has stopped working its 44 degree Celsius temperature here and samsung is not understanding why we have purchased AC if there is no use of it. Now I received a call from samsung few days back the agent was saying your AC is not repairable you can sell

I asked him how can it be resolved he told me that there is some part that need to be replaced after that it could be resolved. I called customer service 3 to 4 times but they just register the complaint and there was no visit from engineer at my house.

I raised my request on 19 may 2023 and the engineer came to my house after that and serviced the AC but there was water leakage issue when he left my house. @SamsungIndia @Samsung @SamsungUS
