I wonder if the Governor and the high paid members of the executive branch would be willing to forgo the 6.4% raise they have put forward for themselves in this years pay act to help free up some $. This proposed raise would make him the second highest paid Gov. in the country.
In just over a year, this Legislature has approved a new $100 million payroll tax, grown base budget spending well beyond the rate of inflation, hiked your DMV fees by 20%, and passed a bill that could raise your home heating costs by hundreds or thousands of dollars a year. 1/2.
