His use of "might" here and giving no numbers around those actually receiving social security makes it clear this is purposeful misinformation, not him actually believing it, in order to gain support for privatization of social security?.
@aidenHIKO Yes, there are FAR more “eligible” social security numbers than there are citizens in the USA. This might be the biggest fraud in history.
