Here it comes! A long-awaited paper led by @MatyldaIzert and @m_gorna is now out. It features multi-mode approach combining different techniques including our Glacios-made 2.45A cryo-EM stucture of GroTAC peptide interacting with GroEL protein (PDB ID: 8S32).
Fantastic work by @MatyldaIzert pioneering Targeted Protein Degradation in Escherichia coli using a PROTAC-like approach!🎉 .Could the future of antibiotics be #TPD?💊🧫.Thanks to FIRST TEAM @FNP_org_pl funding.
