I've even tried creating a new account (any previous, existing points be damned) but when I try to verify and activate my account I get an error 'Activation link expired'. The service doesn't encourage the feeling of 'loyalty' and point collecting. 8/8

For the record, the reason for contacting them is that I've been unable to reset my password; the emails are just not coming and I've tried all possible passwords. My 'Travel ID' was never shared with me in a registration confirmation email so I can't use it to login. 7/.

Sure, there's a phone No you can call, which is a problem if you're DEAF or Neurodivergent or your mobile plan doesn't include these call centre numbers. I'm tired of companies putting up roadblocks to their CS, especially with such illogical and unnecessary steps. 6/.

Again, I had to start entering random numbers until they accepted it. (they did give me a helpful hint that the service Card Number has to start with certain 4 digits so that left me entering 1s for the rest. Thanks!) . 5/.

Problem with No 2. a) What is 'Service Card Number'? I've seen Frequent Flyer number and Travel ID on Miles and More website, but not this?. b) And if people are struggling to access their account, they are unlikely to know their loyalty/account/frequent flyer number. 4/.

You can't leave it empty. So what you have to do, is try entering random strings of numbers in there, 1-2-3 digits, until one of them works. 3/.

The screenshot shows that. 1. Telephone Number field &.2. Service Card Number field. are mandatory. Problem with No 1:.They insist you enter Area code of your number. I entered the country code and my mobile number. There is NO area code because my number is not a landline. 2/.
