Best twist in a horror movie and it’s not even close. Watched the trailer and thought the whole movie would be about a creepy little girl; was not prepared for the disappearance of the plot I expected. That loss of narrative shook me!.

In fourth grade I chose to read The Handmaid’s Tale for a book report. I gave it two stars - “boring; too religious.” Was struck by the concept of using butter as hand lotion. Completely missed the whole rape and social commentary thing bc, well, I was 8.
