People with an abnormal EKG should get a D-dimer, and a troponin to assess their risk for serious heart disease. We should not be changing the parameters of what is considered an abnormal EKG. A pilot with myocarditis should not fly a plane. That puts all his passengers at risk.

Thanks for the heads-up. Some food has a long shelf-life such as canned beans, canned tomatoes, dry rice, dry lentils. We should stockpile bottled water and propane too. Rice and lentils is a nourishing meal that can be prepared quickly in boiling water. Have some extra blankets.

My brothers and I all caught measles in the 1950’s and 60’s and survived. In our generation parents, hearing of a measles case, brought their child to visit the infected child, so their own child would catch measles & have durable lasting immunity. Same with mumps and chickenpox.
