Hey @Windows your operating system really shouldn't change things like this (or boot settings, bios settings, etc) without explicit permission from the user. This is terrible UX.

IT WORKED!! CRISIS AVERTED I LOVE LINUX OH MY GOD I LOVE LINUX. you can install packages to make it read exfat file formats with `apt install exfat-fuse exfatprogs` on Pop_OS!. I'm never booting to windows again, I would rather install arch.

I am hopeful that linux can fix this.
