I haven’t heard this once tbh with the exception of fear of dying. But I don’t live in NYC. Usually the fear I hear from women has to do with finances/work and having to go back to work after. I think that has a lot more to do with birthrate than “women scared of being fat”
I've had multiple women in NYC tell me they don't want to get pregnant because they're afraid of what it will do to their body. Much more common fear now.
