I have been a loyal customer of @British_Airways for decades. I am one of their Executive Club members. But loyalty appears to be utterly one-way.

But here's the thing. Since then, there has been total silence from @British_Airways. Not a word. No response to my filed complaint. Has a real person from BA been in touch to apologise/explain/offer compensation for the 36-hour-plus delay? Not a flicker.

Then there was the late night Kafkaesque farce in a deserted Pittsburgh airport because of wrong dates and flight numbers on boarding cards. That apparently was the fault of @British_Airways

It's the silence of @British_Airways that has been so appalling. Coming back from Pittsburgh: instead of arriving back to London at 06:30 on Friday 28 June...we landed at 15:00 on Saturday 29 June. Count those hours.

Question for @paul_winginit @JebBrooks @gotravelyourway As well as reporting on travel experiences, do you assess the quality of customer service provided by airlines when flights are delayed/cancelled? @British_Airways currently extremely poor in this regard.
