@ilyasut While the world is literally at war or busy shopping, this looks like an orchestrated move by MSFT to basically take over OpenAI (or all its employees) without any monopoly/ anti-competitive regulatory reproach.

A wild thought - what if the board suspected the former CEO wasn't "candid" also when negotiating to licence all OAI's IP to MSFT in perpetuity? Could they roll that back - to MSFT's loss? 🤔
