Improvement is a battle that must be fought anew each day. Your next workout doesn't care how strong your last one was. Your next essay doesn't care how popular your last one was. Your next investment doesn't care how smart your last one was. Your best effort, again.

Lack of confidence kills more dreams than lack of ability. Talent matters—especially at elite levels—but people talk themselves out of giving their best effort long before talent becomes the limiting factor. You're capable of more than you know. Don't be your own bottleneck.

Step 1: Know exactly what you want. Have a big vision that is crystal clear. Step 2: Know exactly what is true. See reality for what it is and accept the honest facts of the situation. Step 3: Be flexible in the way you close the gap between 1 and 2. Bold. Rational. Adaptable.

As a result of material development and modern education, people commonly seek happiness in external things, but neglect their minds. True, lasting happiness depends on our taming our unruly minds. This is not so much about intellectual development as cultivating a warm heart.

As best I can tell, to achieve exceptional results you need 4 things: (1) Quantity: You take lots of shots. (2) Quality: You take thoughtful shots. (3) Consistency: You keep shooting for a long time. (4) Luck: You get a few favorable bounces. What else would you add?

You don't need to squat heavy weights to build your legs You don't even need weights Try this 👇 Find a steep(ish) hill - 30-50 yards will do Perform walking lunges up the hill. Walk down for rest Repeat 3-5 times Then perform 5-10 hill sprints. Walk down for rest Done

We need your help! Call your governor & ask that, if they enact a city or statewide shelter-in-place order, bike shops are able to stay open so essential workers & others who rely on bikes for transportation can still get repairs, maintenance, & products→ https://t.co/LgKTDc44QO

I am honored to be on the @QualityBike team. We continue to make swift decisions to serve our team, retailers & community. Although we need to physically keep our distance - we can emotionally help one another. Help support our local bike shops in these challenging times.

Sadness -> lack of perspective. There are always people in a worse position than yours. Some are physically or mentally unhealthy and unable to function normally. Some lost their families, their jobs, their house, their freedom. Be grateful for where you are. Perspective.
