There’s something so beautiful about sitting downstairs in my office and hearing the sound of my kids running around and laughing upstairs Makes it all feel worthwhile

Men, if you stop doing these things, your life will improve dramatically: - Watching hours of TV per night - Being lazy and not working out - Spending hours scrolling FB - Eating junk food every day - Watching porn All of these are making you miserable, boring and programmed

Hill sprints are free. Push-ups are free. Pull-ups are free. Lunges are free. Hikes are free. It's not that you can't afford to exercise that's the problem. It's that making excuses is easier than doing the work.

Eating a protein rich breakfast is the easiest way to decrease the chances of you overeating later in the day

If you want to be a better Dad: → Train 3x a week → Eat protein at every meal → Sleep 7+ hours → Get outside daily → Put your phone down more → Keep your word → Do what you said you’d do → Be intentional with your time AKA lead by fucking example

A lack of information isn’t your problem. We live in a world where you can Google a calorie calculator, download a free training split off Reddit, and get ChatGPT to write you a macro plan in 8 seconds flat. So why aren’t you in shape? Why haven’t you stayed there? Because
