super thankful. this was really a great weekend full of incredible connections, conversations, and irl onboarding. given the focus on the global South, we ofc spent a lot of time covering payments and stablecoins, but also showed how important dePin will be to these regions.

I think we should be a bit wary on gatekeeping what is and isn't a DAO. Call out bad behavior ofc, but also be open minded if something doesn't look exactly like your preferred DAO structure. Soon we'll see DAOs based on different cultures that may look very different to DAOs now.

It's happening even quicker than expected. NFTs open up entirely new avenues for research funding, independent of publishers etc, where science, medical, and other research orgs won't have to rely as much on grants or bureaucratic processes. The possibilities are endless.
