Maybe I’m just wrong, but I honestly think “tier1” teams in VALORANT are putting themselves at a severe disadvantage by not playing smaller 10k’s and what not. There is only so much you can iron out in scrims and with no leagues, you need to get real reps to stay consistent.

What’s funny about this entire argument is how many players think people updating comms / giving info from the grave = backseat gaming.
Most pro teams in both CS and VAL encourage comms from the grave as they can be super important and make it easier on the players alive.
The amount of times I've said "I know" "clear comms" or "shut the fuck up" when me or my duo is clutching is almost infinite. No one's gonna clip me for it cause I'm not a woman. End of story. Lightedits is a bitch.

ESEA Leagues are the only thing we have. No CCT, no Cash Cups, we have qualifiers a few times per season but that's about it.

Same for us, but what stood out even more to me, was how they were up like 15-3 in a scrim vs us and saved in a 3v5.
These guys work hard, but they are also the most efficient team I’ve ever seen in practice in my life.
Outsiders were by far the most insane team we scrimmed during our European bootcamp, not a surprise they won this major. Never seen my player's die faster, honestly you can't tell you fast they are watching the stream's but playing versus them you can't even react you just die.
