Civilians cannot be targets. Never. The images from Gaza are unbearable. The EU reiterates its call for the free, safe and swift flow of humanitarian aid. And for the full respect of international and humanitarian law. Civilians in Gaza have suffered too much, for too long.

Apartheid Israel's endless murder of Palestinian children.
13-year-old Amr Ali Ahmad Qabha was fatally shot in the back at least seven times by Israeli forces in Ya'bad last night. Israeli soldiers handcuffed Amr's father next to his son's bleeding body, blocking paramedic access, for about 40 minutes.
