Hope our court officers strictly adhere to the honorable high court registrar guidelines to validate the establishments when they are either petitioner or respondents. Lot of court time can be saved if court officer is more vigilant when Unregistered Associations come.

As per Karnataka Rent Act 1999, a Landlord can enter a rental agreement with tenants. In the absence of conveyance deed from Promoters as per section 17 of RERA, associations don't have legal rights to sign rental agreements with tenants for common areas. @BAFBLR @CPBlr @tgpuraps
