Emirates airlines has the worst baggage handling & baggage support system. We travelled Bengaluru to Boston on the 16th June & one of our 4 bags was not delivered at the Boston Logan Airport. Have made multiple calls to them. They are least bothered @emirates @EmiratesSupport.

We have already set up a CMO dashboard. It is in testing phase. We will open it up for public viewing eventually. We are also setting up a Strategic Planning & Monitoring Unit in the CMO, which will s start functioning in a month.
