The idea that disabled people should be *grateful* for equal right of access to the places and services that everyone else takes for granted - this idea belongs in the 1950s, not the 2020s. If you still think we should be grateful, you need to update your dinosaur ideas *now* 🦕.

Hi @SouthernRailUK the information on the NRE page for Streatham Station is WRONG. If the lifts are out of order between footbridge and platf. 1 and 2, then there is NO step-free access to northbound trains. Disgraceful that you publish WRONG and misleading information.

Hi @TfL, yesterday's announcements on the Victoria line trains were WRONG, telling us there was no step-free access at all at Victoria. ONLY the Circle & Distr. lines were affected. Victoria line DID have step-free access. You must change these announcements to give correct info!.
