Even though I was always bullish on AI, I'm still blown away by AI voice calling for SpringVerify - we're doing 400 calls a day now and its the start.

SpringVerify has gotten rejected twice by @Rippling to build an integration for BGV and this is after multiple customers have vouched / requested. All the work is being done on our end as their APIs are ready. Looking for help :)

Every dev @springroleinc has cursor or github pro access but aren't seeing significant productivity gains. Sometimes suggestions are wrong which end up wasting time. Wondering if other teams are doing something different to get gains. I'm willing to pay for learning/training our

I didnโ€™t fully understand until I was a CEO overseeing (approving) HR policies that PTO should be thought of as โ€œextras days worth of PAY you are given by the company,โ€ and unlimited PTO means you are given zero of them. Many people donโ€™t understand this. PTO (paid time off) is

If this is true it would be sad. The Soham saga doesnโ€™t seem widespread to me. He seems like a 5 std dev above the mean kind of fraud. Decent startup idea in here though: there is probably a space for remote employee certification

After the Soham saga, pretty sure very few YC startups will hire remote Indians. Classic case of one guy exploiting a high trust society which leads to downfall of all the others around him.

If I were operating in the BGV space ( cc: @springroleinc ) for hiring and saw this Soham saga play out, I would definitely try and use this time to pitch how well my services have prevented companies from lost time and revenue. Sure, there's more to it but not the worst idea

I don't understand why are companies not doing background verification. You can't fully solve parallel employment with BGV as there are loopholes but there's a long way to do it with BGV

Soham Parekh is just the tip of the iceberg, just like this Redditor pulling $800k a yr working 5 jobs. r/overemployed is a ~500k community where people just maniacally discuss this. There are 1000s of Soham Parekhs we don't know about.

This yearโ€™s offsite in Bangalore cost us an approximate โ‚น43.2 Lakhs - and every rupee was worth it. I post these numbers every time after our offsite. Because it shows the real intention behind us staying remote.
