It's not definitive proof, but the circumstantial evidence is coming together nicely.
Regarding classified leaks: it’s true none of what’s been released so far is proof of any one person’s guilt. The reason it’s a compelling story, however, is that it’s very clear someone was leaking serially at that time. If not the members named, then who? Needs answering.
