In today's version of this: OpenAI is going to have a web browser. But, unlike Chrome or Firefox or Safari, they're going to have a person (i.e., an AI) personally watch everything you (and your friends and everyone else) do. Doesn't that sound great?

Most digital work will be automated by 2030. The world needs more distributed data centers to reduce geopolitical pressure. Compute and chip production are still paramount for AI success. Falling behind frontier AI by a year is still acceptable to maintaining competitiveness.
