Remember that trademark issue of "Chutiyaram" in March 2025?. In very next month (Apr'2025), the same applicant has filed trademark application for same mark but for device, now. Incidentally, all other nearly identical marks by the applicant has been opposed so far. khair.

Even now, I spend so much time doing random law stuff all day in the hope that all this will help me in real work. Some people indeed love the work. Having said that, the people championing d cause of work-life balance arent wrong either. Everyone is entitled to their version.

Actually,litigation is an open ended ocean. U decide how much u want to work/hustle/stretch urself out. Thats y this skewed balance. Its not bad tbh. I would love to work all day if I were independent. Thats d kind of satisfaction n pleasure u get in that state. So, that is that.
