I am one of the more privileged few. I have a background, experiences, and good education to back me up. Even then I can tell you that litigation will strip you of all your luxuries. I have betrayed my natural instincts to stay afloat in this profession. Only because I love lit.

Now add ethics and career goals ki consideration, cases bhi vohi loge jo aapki practice ko enhance kare. Something arguable so that you have some wins to your name or at least a decent body of work so you are considered for empanelments/ or later senior designation etc.

If the reasoning wewake is giving is true, then it is true for everything not just litigation. Reality is that āluxuryā is dictated by many things. Litigation offers no security. You dont know if you will be able to earn anything next month or not. There r no pensions/salariesā¦.
Actually,litigation is an open ended ocean. U decide how much u want to work/hustle/stretch urself out. Thats y this skewed balance. Its not bad tbh. I would love to work all day if I were independent. Thats d kind of satisfaction n pleasure u get in that state. So, that is that.

Ek judge ne ek vyakti ko court mei haath khade rakhne ki punishment di hai, (no due procedure just vibes). When courts strip people of their dignity, I have no qualms in undermining the courtās dignity, if any is left. Judge should be proceeded against and hopefully dismissed.
