These are Daniel Day Lewis’s words at NYFF about working with Ronan and how it reinvigorated him after being disenchanted with acting (which led to his brief retirement). Maybe the film didn’t fully work, but I highly doubt he regrets the time spent with his son.
I’m honestly so mad that Daniel Day-Lewis’ son persuaded him to come out of retirement to star in #Anemone. This was without a doubt one of the worst films I’ve seen all year. Genuinely shocked that this even got funded, let alone greenlit. Don't flush his legacy down like this.
