I had the best time last night at the @highstorrs performance of Anything Goes. It was amazing. So many fabulous performances backed by a great band and a backstage crew making everything run smoothly. A huge amount of work for all the staff involved. Congratulations to all!

My greatest achievement was putting the holistic development of children at the heart of government policy says @edballs. My biggest failure was not persuading Michael Gove that he should do the same. Really interesting perspectives at #ASCL2024

Use the money saved from declining numbers of children in schools and reinvest it back into the schools system to repair the damage of recent funding decline. Great idea @RealGeoffBarton #ASCL2024

1/2 Today we held our very first Minerva Open Door event… and what a success it was! We opened doors here at @highstorrs to colleagues from across our schools so we could observe some brilliant practice and talk teaching and learning. Such rich CPD for all involved.

Our legendary chair of trustees Ed Wydenbach stepped down from the @MinervaTrust board today. He has spent his whole professional life leading schools and governing bodies championing the most disadvantaged. His calm assurance has been hugely appreciated and we will miss him 👏👏
