ದ್ವಿಭಾಷಾ ಸೂತ್ರ ನನ್ನ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ನನ್ನ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನಾಗಿಸುವ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಕುವೆಂಪು ಅವರ ಪ್ರಖರ ವೈಚಾರಿಕತೆ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾತಿ ಅಸಮಾನತೆ ಇರುವವರೆಗೂ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ವೈಚಾರಿಕತೆ, ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕುವೆಂಪು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನ ಇತ್ತು.
