Didn’t post last week due to time difference so totals for past two weeks are overall 86 #nhs1000miles and 37 of these were running. Last weekend enjoyed the Chicago 5k and marathon 😊

3 rejections this week. It’s part of the world that we live in and I am at peace with that. The struggle is the many evening and weekend hours that went into them which were not spent with wife and (rapidly growing) kids - this is less easy to forgive. Look after those closest 🥰
