But your service team not ready to accept it and they are telling me that all RE bike has same problem. Refer below videos of the side view of tyre. It is clearly visible that it is not round. I am looking forward to get some resolution out of this complaint on twitter.

@YESBANK we have written N number of emails, daily 1 or 2 reminders but till date the issue is not resolved. As nothing is moving we thought everyone should know how your service is and how customers are suffering.
