For those with Migraine.. Avoid magnesium at night It can be excitatoty to them making it difficult to sleep As advised by @MigraineBook

@shashiiyengar can i take magnesium supplements in addition to a multi vitamin? or is that too much? a friend was suggesting it was too much to take in for me because I had a headache. Not sure.

@shashiiyengar Magnesium oxide is cheap and easily absorbed. There is a way a German company makes it so it does not become laxative but acts as well as the others as a supplement.
