can i take magnesium supplements in addition to a multi vitamin? or is that too much? a friend was suggesting it was too much to take in for me because I had a headache. Not sure.

Magnesium oxide is cheap and easily absorbed. There is a way a German company makes it so it does not become laxative but acts as well as the others as a supplement.
