Insulin resistance doesn't start in the Pancreas! Insulin resistance is driven by chronic inflammation. Gut dysfunction increases inflammation. Inflammation interferes with insulin signalling. Ultra processed foods and excess sugar & Carbs damage Gut.

Day 13 Update Morning reduced to GP0.5 Night continues at GP1.0 So a total of 2.5mg glimi removed. If numbers stay stable for the next 4 days, morning Glycomet GP0.5 will be replaced with MF SR. PPBS after the largest meal of the day after eliminating following drugs

When you eat more Carbs than your body can handle, blood sugar and insulin stay high. That's how many people drift into prediabetes, diabetes without realising it.

All digestible Carbs breakdown into glucose and fructose. The body has no method of using fructose, so it is sent to the liver for storage. Even natural sugars breakdown to the same glucose and fructose. Our body has no way to recognise natural sugar and manufactured sugar.
