Writing restorable, collapsable Section, Disclosure Table & Outline views is tricky to get right. So I wrote something that handles it for you, and its really easy to use. Nice API and a `subscript` to get/set and access a binding 😬 #swiftlang #iosdev

My favourite response yet from ChatGPT. I provided context that I have extensive engineering experience just not in game dev 😂 Basically it just called out Unity devs lol. #unity3d #GodotEngine #swiftlang

I love gaming with my 8 year old son, lots of fun with "It takes two" lately. Switch 2's coming tho and some games he's just too young for and I've realised I didn't previously use the friends feature all that much ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ So... anyone on Switch or PS5? Send me a DM 😬

Some nice features: - It's generic over any Hashable set of values - If your value is also Codable, you get AppStorage/SceneStorage free! - It conforms to SetAlgebra and Sequence - Nice public API for expand/collapse/toggle - Pass around like any other SwiftUI type

This is crazy—you can drag a GitHub repo into Gitlip and start editing immediately. Not only is everything instant, but it also supports realtime multiplayer throughout.

It’s exciting to see @geobrowser and its use of @graphprotocol’s knowledge graph restore the internet to its intended state of openness, verifiability, and composability. It’s the original idea of web3 as a semantic web + today’s idea of an ownership web.

A fresh look at what web3 is and what the missing pieces have been for making it a reality.

Who can tell what’s true these days? Social media is a shouting match where reasoning gets lost. Improving how information is structured could be the key to bringing back sanity. Study knowledge graphs.

It’s not a browser, it’s much more. It’s how we will consume information. Don’t miss @geobrowser 🔮 I’ll share more info soon 🔜
Exciting developments from @geobrowser & @yanivgraph ! Yaniv has shared key goals for @graphprotocol's future. 🌅 1️⃣ Make The Graph & GRT essential for 1B people. 2️⃣ Power next-gen consumer apps on The Graph. 3️⃣ Empower ecosystem participants to build developer-focused

Anyone else having issues with Xcode 16.1 beta. I can't add dependencies – the view just shows infinite progress. I know I can update the Package.swift file in those cases, but this is a plain Xcode project. My current workaround requires me creating a wrapper project :( #iosdev

I love that we can extend SwiftUI through generics. It can be a lot of boilerplate but 100% worth it when it solves these kinds of common-case problems (depending on the project). #iosdev #swiftlang #swiftui
In case it's helpful to others, here are a couple gists I use all the time in my SwiftUI projects. Simplifies working with Picker and Toggle alongside CaseIterable and/or OptionSet types. https://t.co/gMdwH9PBjh

Couldn't get it all in a single shot but as you can see, its generic code and it has all the variations you'd expect to ensure you can still configure your picker the way you're used to 👍

Build lots of things. Learn more programming languages. Don’t worry about failing or looking foolish. Don’t tie your identity to a language/framework/technology.
@awesomekling Thanks for sharing. Anything more specific you'd add for a programmer/creator in their 20s?
