genuinely fucking hate that treyarch keep writing themselves into a corner with misunderstanding David and absolutely character assassinating him. i genuinely want to like where black ops 7 goes but i have zero faith in their writing.

BO4 was an abomination and i hope it gets retconned because David having kids during the events of bo2 completely tears down his character development in his resentment for Alex leaving him in the first mission of BO2.
I wonder if Bo7 will acknowledge that David currently has two daughters, with one of them actually being 22 during Bo7.
