To earn the equivalent wages of a white, non-Hispanic male in 2023, a Latina would need to work until today, October 3, 2024. Latinas earn $.51 cents for every dollar non-Hispanic white men do, diminishing their lifetime earning potential by over a million dollars. #equalpaynow
