@orange_es Tras hablar con @orange_es la impresion es la misma. Se aprovechan de la gente mayor en los contratos por telefono. Oferta q implica permanencia. Despues doble penalizacion: por linea mobil y por linea fija. Total mas de 300 euros. Puede ser legal pero es de gran bajeza moral.

Gracias @orange_es por conseguir q pensionistas como mi madre pierdan el 30% de su pension con vuestras penalizaciones. Mas de 10 años de cliente con contrato cancelable cada mes. Le subiis la quota un 20% e inmediatamente ofreceis una rebaja sin aclarar q implica permanencia.
