How different would our world be if we simply did a global “find-replace” from “human” to “sentient” in all constitutions, laws, treaties, conventions and declarations of rights? From “humanity” to “#sentientity.” What would need tweaking?

Congrats! It’s great to see non-human sentient beings and robust epistemology mentioned. I’d love to see an integrated ethical stance addressing all sentient beings consistently. Much risk with a 2-tier structure. “Evidence, reason and compassion for all sentient beings.”
Claude's constitution is out! It's the culmination of a lot of work by many people, but it's also a work in progress that will no doubt change and hopefully improve over time. I'm looking forward to people's thoughts, and to talking with more people about this kind of work ❤️
