Yesterday I had the honour of visiting our Chemotherapy Day Care with one of our Non Execs, and was struck by the commitment & compassion of the team… some of the patients have been attending for over 8 years. This sign was on the arrival desk… together is just how it felt 🫶🏻

A great event today with some key take home messages… don’t underestimate the cultural change required, model of care at neighbourhood level needs to be the foundation of the NHS, and a neighbourhood is only obvious to those that live in it. Let’s do this!
