¿Por qué ocurre? En CARs que presiden gobernadores se asignan más permisos de 🪓🌳 a munis aliados. El efecto es más fuerte cuando:.· la junta CAR tiene mayoria políticos.· el gobernador tiene pocas preferencias verdes.· es año electoral 📅🧠.

🇨🇴¿Qué pasa cuando el gobernador y el alcalde son del mismo partido? La alineación política ⬆️ deforestacion ~ 60%. (6.700 canchas de ⚽️) . No hay aumentos en PIB municipal, luz nocturna o cultivos. Lo que sí aumenta: la 🐄🐮 extensiva.
