@YouTube
your copyright system is absolutely garbage I'll make a 45 minute video and a literal 3-second sound effect gets claimed (falsely, 90% of the time) and demonetizes the entire video. Forces me to reupload which then effectively kills the video. 4 of my last 5 vids now
This is a massive step back for Shorts. Brands rely on Pinned Comments from creators to gain comfort around conversion so this effectively renders Shorts useless for Brand Partnerships. Why would YouTube not just implement increased vetting for external link posting?
YouTube is removing Clickable Links from the Descriptions and Comments of YouTube Shorts
any links to Long Form YouTube videos, your Social Media, etc.
will all NOT be Clickable by Viewers anymore
(again this is only on YouTube Shorts)

I’m thinking of doing a memory overload challenge whereby I have ~1 month to study large data sets (countries, capitals, bones of body, elements, Pokémon, etc.) and see how much I can retain. Would ideally study 4000-5000 data points
@LudwigAhgren
Nah but sort of a catch-22 because you need insane views to make meaningful money from the Fund and to fully optimize a short using music is a prerequisite so 90% of top Shorts creators sacrifice their adsense for the potential fund payout
Send me your FUNNIEST memes/videos and every time you make me laugh I’ll give you $100

It’s literally been months since I’ve laughed so I need something good :/ also gonna be using these for an upcoming video
All reactors are bad people. They exploit others to benefit no one but themselves. Collectively they have stolen millions of dollars from actual creators and have stopped countless thousands from having a career

Growing on Twitch is hard enough as is, but then being drowned out by streamers literally rebroadcasting highly-rated TV shows renders the app COMPLETELY useless if you’re somebody trying to build an audience
@mws
Reducing audience friction by allowing links in Shorts comments was a massive benefit of Shorts marketing. You now have to CTA a CTA by redirecting them off the video to find the link. YouTube just leveled the playing field when they were already way ahead
