I remember 10 years ago, I was a freshman in HS, 15 years old. I got a text in the middle of the school day from my mom saying she loved us dearly, not understanding what just unraveled at Sandy Hook. I am now 25, fully understanding what happened in Uvalde and my heart hurts.

However, in light of the current situation I am jumping in the drivers seat for once. For those that know me, I’m happy to sit at the table with anyone and have a conversation, where all opinions are welcome and heard. Not that I should have to even preface that but here we are.

I don’t post on here often, not because I don’t have much to say, but really that others can usually word things in a shorter, more concise way and I opt to go for the “like” feature. Either way, at this point most people can judge exactly where I stand based on those.
