I’m convinced majority of nba fans have never actually took the time to go back and watch old footage. Players did not play any significantly harder in the 2010’s, 00’s, 90’s, 80’s, etc., in the ASG. Just a blatant lie perpetuated by nostalgia.

The ultimate skill gap in 2k should always be the ability to get open. No shooting shouldn’t be easy at the highest levels but neither should dribbling and that should be the #1 factor to determine skill.
If 2k dropped a game where you can green every shot you time correctly, guess what?. People would only have a super high shooting percentage if YOU played bad defense.

With 2k confirming we’re going back to green or miss and an emphasis on “skill based gameplay” it hints at going back to the shooting system mike wang spoke of b4 2k24 of smaller pure green windows. It wouldn’t make sense to have green or miss with big windows like option 2.
