Great to see two of my passions colliding at #RHSChelsea gardening and stroke rehab. Beautiful garden relocating to a deserving new home #strokerehab @TheStrokeAssoc.
What an incredible week we have had at #RHSChelsea. Thank you to Miria Harris for creating a beautiful & inspiring space. We are excited about the next chapter, it will be now be relocated to @LeedsHospitals where it will benefit stroke patients & their loved ones.
