@TriciaOhio No, you need a JUDICIAL warrant, Tricia. That's a *real* warrant. Calling some piece of paper signed by an ICE agent a warrant does not allow you to ignore the Fourth Amendment.
An administrative warrant is a not a "warrant" as that word was commonly understood at the time of the founding. DHS can call a piece of paper signed by an ICE agent a "warrant" like I can call this post a $640 negotiable bearer bond. No one should be dumb enough to accept it.
